Contributers must have a HazARD account and be logged in to the system in order to submit information on a new substance or to request an update request form to modify existing information. Potential contributors can request a HazARD account through the registration page. Once registered, contributors can log into the system by entering their email and password below. Requests for new passwords or to reset an existing password can be submitted here.

Individuals with expertise with a specific substance within the database are also encouraged to serve as reviewers of submitted information. Reviewers will be fully credited for their work. If you wish to serve as a data reviewer, please contact us.
